16 BJP activists acquitted after 8 years

AGARTALA, July 28 (TIWN): BJP activists who were earlier in Congress have won over a pending case.
On 13th September, 2010 a clash had emerged among CPI-M and Congress activists in Udaipur. In that clash MLA Asish Saha, the then Youth Congress leader Sushanta Chowdhury were present.
Later the ruling CPI-M had filed a case against 16 Congress activists with charges violating of law and order.
On Friday all the Congress activists acquitted. However, all the Congress activists are now in BJP.
