AGARTALA, July 24 (TIWN): As 82 days left Durga Puja, artisans are busy in making Durga idols in Tripura.
Clubs have already finished the primary level’s puja preparation meetings as only less than three months have left for Durga Puja-2018.
Orders for idols have already given to the Artisans.
This year Durga puja to be started from October 15 and to be ended on October 19.
Various pre-bookings for puja season as beauty parlour have been kicked off, whereas designers already taken works in hands.
Durga Puja, also called Durgotsava, is an annual Hindu festival in the Indian subcontinent that reveres the goddess Durga. Durga Puja is believed to be the greatest festival of the Bengali people.
In Bengali populated Tripura, Durga Puja is celebrated grandly, however, among all these puja ‘donations’ make people to suffer.
