AGARTALA, July 20 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Friday while addressing on the occasion of Kharchi Puja at Khayerpur said, the people who want to protest in Tripura, they should do it at home, not outside.

“Andolon (protest) era is over. Without any protest Tripura is getting everything from Tripura Sundari Express to Agartala-Deoghat express”, CM said.

“Since 25 years there was a constant protest against Centre  whereas no development was done in reality.........those episodes should be over now. Each and everything mentioned in the Vision Document will be fulfilled, but the govt needs certain time”, he added.

Noteworthy, BJP Govt is massively rejecting permissions for political, apolitical protest rallies which go against the Govt.

Recently two times unemployed youths were arrested for holding protest.
