AGARTALA, July 19 (TIWN): In a meeting held at Pragna Bhawan on Wednesday, Tripura Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarma told Block Advisory Committee members that one can not throw stones in the Air without knowing the capacity and Govt has to proceed with its limited capacity.
“You can not jump on everything and to try for the new thing….. but one has to know the proceeding and should have knowledge on that field”, Deputy CM added.
It was a programme for the state level, capacity building aimed to train newly nominated chairmen of Block Advisory Committee, held at Pragna Bhawan Hall No-1.
“Since 70 years the state was suffering due to various deprivations. As you are new, I am also new. But we can not sit idle with the excuse of being new”, Deputy CM told the BAC members.
“We have to carry on works in fast manner to develop the state. The tribals left deprived and that deprivation led the sense of existential crisis. Once they will be brought under the mainstream of development then no existential crisis will be felt”, the Deputy CM told BAC members adding that “Development doesn’t mean only to develop the city”.
