AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing in NSS Festival at Rabindra Bhawan on Tuesday has asked his state’s youths to start a battle against drugs and anti-social elements via social media.
Addressing the youths at there, CM said, “I can’t do everything as I want. Even though I am the Chief Minister but I have many obligations, but you are free under the sun. Start battling in social media in positive way. Do not use any tool in negative direction”.
“It’s nice to say the word Chief-Minister but after becoming Chief Minister one can understand how tough it is”, he said.
CM further advised the youths to be confident but not to be desperate.
“Being desperate is equal to being proud and it’s easy to destroy a person by praising him, bootlicking him and doing chamchagiri around him. I also don’t want to be gheraoed by chamchas. However what I want to say one should be confident and unafraid of doing things”, CM told the youths.
