AGARTALA, September 12 (TIWN): Donate Blood! Save A Life. Keeping this objective moving Tripura State Rifles 10th battalion organized a blood donation camp at Sidhi Ashram here today.

Speaking in the blood donation camp DIG of TSR Rajesh Sharma said that blood donation is a noble cause and every blood donor has contributed towards saving precious lives. I strongly believe and feel happy that I could also donate my blood formed out of food & water from the soil of the state. There is no alternative of blood. After every three months TSR organize this kind of camp to help the people of the state by donating their blood. He urged young people to generously donate blood to save lives. He appreciated all the donors for their enthusiastic participation in this life saving endeavour.

Swami Hitakananda Maharaj said that the voluntary blood donation movement became a festival in Tripura nowadays and young people should generously donate blood to save lives. Commandant of TSR 10^thbattalion Dilip Ray and other officers were present in the blood donation camp.
