AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN):One bike has driven his bike over a traffic police here named Mahadeb Majumder when he asked the biker to stop to check papers and license.

The incident took place at IGM Chowmuhani, Agartala on Saturday when police were like everyday doing proper checking.

West Agartala Police station has informed that police immediately arrested the biker named Rana Das, resident of  Indranagar, near the Kalibari.

Traffic police official was heavily injured in his leg and was taken to hospital.
