AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): Agartala-Deoghar express will cover 1,473 km in 39 hours which will start its maiden journey tomorrow.
Union Railways Minister Piyush Goyal to flag off its maiden journey in the presence of state leaders.
The train will be started primarily as a part of tourism relation between Tripura and Deoghar.
The train was one of BJP's pre-election assurances to assist thousands of devotees of Anukul Thakur to visit their holy place at Deoghar.
This Express to be also a part of tourism industry as a good numbers of passengers are expected to travel to Deoghar for religion purposes. Deoghar is a holy city beside the Mayurakshi River, in the east Indian state of Jharkhand.
