AGARTALA, July 4 (TIWN): Police of Battala outpost have seized ganjas worth Rs. 2 lakhs on Wednesday.

Police was informed via secret sources of Jaypur about the illegal storage of ganja at there.

Getting informed Battala outpost police along with BSF rushed to the spot and seized the ganjas.

Police have informed that the ganjas were found in a house beside the fencing of Indo-Bangla border in Joypur.

The owner of the house is Samin Mia and total 4 sacks of 38 kg ganjas were seized.

However, the accused Samin Mia is absconding. Police is searching for him.
