AGARTALA, June 23 (TIWN): Husband,wife have committed suicide at the capital city Agartala over mounting debts.

The couple was residing in rent in rent at Sunirmal Chandra Das's house at Rs. 6000 per month rent in the Shibnagar area.

The deceased have been identified as Chanu Saha (75), Mahamaya Saha (60). 

The incident came out at 8.30 am when like everyday they were not opening their doors and even after calling multiple times nobody was answering back from inside. 

The cause of the suicide at primary level has been known as over-burdening debts.
