AGARTALA, June 21 (TIWN): Tripura Minister Sudip Barman met Swapan Debbarma who saved a train from major accident on May 15.

Sudip Barman thanked Swapan Debbarma for saving passengers from deaths and also assured him about Govt’s full support with him.

Swapan Debbarma saved thousands of people from a major train accident today on May 15, when Tripura was undergoing heavy flood damages and landslide collapsed train lines.

Ambassa to Agartala Railway track was identified as damaged, Swapan Debbarma with big leaves and his clothes signaled the train to stop and in this way he saved thousands of people’s lives.
