Agartala, June 3 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb attended the ‘Iftar Party’ hosted by the Muslim community at Agartala's outskirts Joypur on Sunday.

CM extended felicitations of Ramzan to all the people of the State, especially the Muslim brethren and said that the people of different religions were living in harmony in the State.

Biplab Deb said that the month of Ramzan was pious and sacred for the Muslims. He said that for a healthy society, it was important to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.

In the view of upcoming Lok Sabha Election after BJP's shocking defeats nationwide, BJP CM is doing his best to win minority support in Tripura which always favored CPI-M.
