AGARTALA, June 3 (TIWN): CPI-M MP Jiten Chaudhury on Saturday hit the BJP Govt raising the issues of the poor telecommunication service of Tripura rubbishing the biometric rationing system, which recently the govt has made mandatory for all.
“In deep ADC areas, there is no stable internet connectivity. Forget biometric rationing for villages, a person need to click 5 times to end a single call at Agartala City”, MP Jitendra Chowdhury said.
“Thus, the Govt must think to solve the network problems of the state first, then E-ration should come. Due to E-rationing massive food crisis are being felt in Tripura”, MP added.
Here due to poor connectivity a person has to keep 3 SIM cards as Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL etc”, Jiten Chaudhury said.
“Thus, go with biometric rationing system for betterment, but slowly. First of all cover the whole state will stable connectivity”, he added.
