AGARTALA, May 19 (TIWN): CPI-M’s tribal wing Gana Mukti Parishad (GMP) has slammed the BJP Govt for bulldozing party offices with a short period of time without almost any notice provided by the Govt to the parties.

Addressing a press conference, GMP’s top leader Radha Charan Debbarma said, “Such kind of activity  by a govt is never appreciable”.

“The party offices which were built since over 20 to 25 years, but they were bulldozed with a notice of 2 to 3 days, is totally unbelievable. The govt has shown its colour as a fascist”, he said.

“Govt could bear the compensation or at least could discuss the matter”, the CPI-M leader said.

Radhan Charan Debbarma also criticized the ongoing BJP and IPFT clashes mentioning ‘Such activities and fighting among these two parties are not  at all acceptable, when both the parties are in alliance”.
