AGARTALA, May 7 (TIWN): Senior advocate Arindam Lodh has taken oath as Tripura High Court Judge today.

High Court Chief Justice Ajay Rastogi administered the oath at the High Court in the presence of all judicial officers.

 The Supreme Court Chief Justice Dipak Misra had cleared the names of  Arindam Lodh  as judge on last Thursday.

Arindam Lodh, son of senior advocate Lt. Apanghsu  Lodh served the central government counsel  railways, panel counselor under government of India, standing counsel NFR in Tripura.

Tripura High Court earlier was suffering due to the less numbers of judges with thousands of pending cases.
