AGARTALA, May 6 (TIWN): Tripura CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar condemning the IPFT led attacks in last few days and road blockade said, “Why there is no statement by the state govt after such incidents? At least 8 to 10 clashes were reported in the last 2 months of the election result. What is happening in the state ?? In the name of Mayal-Dokhol, IPFT is grabbing such areas so that no party can reach in ADC except IPFT ?? In exchange of many lives and bloodshed, Tripura was freed from terrorism. We request the BJP Govt to take immediate actions before the matters go out of controlâ€.“IPFT’s leaders will be occupying the cabinet and will push IPFT activists for such incidents, it should not happen. All kinds of attacks should be stopped immediately. The IPFTs are attacking BJP leaders and activists, with whom they are in alliance", said Bijan Dhar.
"According to IPFT, nobody will be tolerated in ADC areas except them. But where is Govt’s statement ?", he added.
“It has been heard that the IPFT wants to include Ujjayanata Palace also in their Tipraland map. This is nothing but a clear signals how they want to give a logical conclusion to their land-division demand”, Bijan Dhar said.
Noteworthy, on yesterday IPFT had came in massive protest demanding the release of accused persons involved in attacking BJP MLA of Korbook Burbu Mohon Jamatia. They blocked road, burnt woods, damaged the roads.
The situation with their unethical demands has been tolerated by the BJP Govt and the govt has left the whole issue without any statement yet. IPFT also demanded resignation of Matabari MLA Biplab Ghosh centering another issue.
Today however BJP at Korbook observed hunger strike protesting against IPFT led attack upon BJP MLA.
