AGARTALA, May 6 (TIWN): A meeting was held among BJP, IPFT today led by IPFT President NC Debbarma and Minister Pranajit Singha Roy.

Two separate agitations were staged by IPFT on yesterday centering IPFT-BJP infighting in various issues.

One was regarding their resentment against BJP MLA Biplab Ghosh, whereas another was the demand of releasing IPFT activists from police remand who were caught after they attacked BJP MLA of Korbook.

Recently various similar clashes occurred among BJP and IPFT fueling tension in the party level.

In this situation, Minister Pranajit Singha Roy was scheduled to conduct a meeting with the IPFT President NC Debbarma.
