AGARTALA, April 27 (TIWN): After yesterday’s controversial speech about Indian beauty, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb today has delivered a well-prepared speech on Civil Service Day, but couldn’t stop his emotions to depict how human-characters should be.

While describing about Jandhan account, CM said, “It has been seen that whenever husband is in problem or cash-crisis, in emergency situations wife hands over an unexpectedly huge amount to her husband from her personal savings”.

“When she was asked from where she got the money, she replied, she saved it from the everyday expenditures which her husband gave her….”, he said.

“And, a wife (Patni) should be like that and only then the family can grow. Their children can become doctors, engineers”, CM said at Pragna Bhawan.
