AGARTALA, April 23 (TIWN): Once again, physical clash among the patient parties of IGM hospital and private security guards fueled tension, resentment inside the hospital.

However, whether the patient parties have alleged that they are unable to meet the patients, the security guards said they were doing their duties.

Security guards said, “There is no point of keeping guards, if nobody cares about our instruction. Whenever we try to tell them something, they shout against us and if anything happens all faults go the securities”.

The patient parties said the opposite. A person from patient party was also injured after he was hit by security guards.

A patient party said, “My brother has been admitted in this hospital and neighbours brought him here. I rushed to the hospital to meet my brother, but security guards said that already a person is inside. I told them he is my brother, but the person who is there is our neighbor, but they are unready to listen. Then police officials came and threatened me. In the mean time, my neighbor came for  my brother's blood test and on that time I was allowed to go. My point is, each person comes here with patients. Nobody comes here for fun and a person who comes in debate with security guard, must be in problems. The authority should after the issue. When already one patient party is depressed, their behavious is very rude”.
