AGARTALA, April 18 (TIWN): 7th Bn TSR (IR-VI) has organised Swachh Bharat Abhiyan today in a befitting manner in its all post AOR as well as Bn HQr, Jampuijala too.

 The Commandant, 7th Bn TSR (IR-VI) Shri Prabir Majumdar, IPS has also participated in this program with jawans and local peples.

On completion of program a motivational tips was presented by the TSR staff to construct Souchalaya/ toilets in each and every house of interior areas.

The programme is conducted about 20 interior places of Sepahijala district like Lungfung, Bridhi Bazar, Sombariya Bazar, Dayaram Para, Goman Bazar etc. Another a mock drill on Disaster Management is also organised by the unit Disaster team today at Sudhannya Debbarma Smriti HS School, Jampuijala.

After taking charge of the new Commandant Shri Prabir Majumdar, IPS this is one of the best initiative taken by him. Reportedly he has taken the charge here on 16/04/2018.
