AGARTALA, April 9 (TIWN): DWS Panchayat operators have placed deputation to DWS Minister Sudip Barman with 7 charters of demands.

The Panchayat operators under "Tripura Rajya Panchayat Operator Sangha" placed the certain demands before the BJP Govt :

1) DWS Pannchayat operators should be brought under Govt recognition,

2) Salary of the DWS workers should be increased and within 3rd day of the month, their salaries must be provided, 

3) For all pump machine operators raincoat, sitting arrangement, necessary equipment have to be arranged, 

4) Training for DWS operators and appointment of two staffs in each pumps,

5) Puja bonus should be increased,

6) During duties if any pump worker is injured s/he must be compensated and one job should be given to the family, 

7) During DWS's vacant posts filling up process the DWS Panchayat operators must be given first priority.
