AGARTALA, April 8 (TIWN): Tripura Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Debbarma today while addressing in a blood donation camp at Agartala said, "Religion cannot develop a country, neither a govt without vision can bring developments". "This is my 3rd blood donation camp, where I am attending as the Deputy CM and I feel so good that people are working with so much of cooperation among them. One person is doing for another person, that's what we need for the development of a society". "People have voted for BJP with lots of hopes. We have to go closed to people and know about their problems. If we all work together, nobody can stop Tripura from becoming a model state", he said. "Our govt is not negative, rather it's a positive govt. Whatever we will do, it will be transparent. What previous govt has done, it's not our fault, but we are determined to make Tripura a model state", he added.
Recently, the Deputy CM in a BJP assembling said, "Because of BJP's organized activities, in a minimum time, BJP has reached till Tripura. Today almost all the states have a BJP Govt, because people slowly understood that BJP can be the better alternative for them and Congress is a dilapidated party".
"Congress a stage, where people go and do some 'Hallas', but party means Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP has both NETA and NITI. BJP has aims which is not only political but for social development too", he said.
"BJP is a Party-with-a-Vision. In Tripura also, I have been in BJP since long time, but never imagined that with Ministers, MLAs we will celebrate party-foundation day. In Tripura also we have gone so far", Jishnu Debbarma said.
"The BJP leader also hit the Communists claiming, Communists don't have any NITI but they are busy with all illogical, impractical protests. CPI-M is continuing party activities with all meaningless slogans", said Jishnu Debbarma.
