AGARTALA, April 5 (TIWN): BJP’s Northeast zonal Secretary Ajay Jamwal who had arrived in Tripura on yesterday aiming party level discussions, conducted a meeting at Udaipur (Gomati Dist) today.

In the visit, the BJP leader also offered prayers to Tripura Sundari Goddess at Matabari.

State BJP after one month of Election result out, couldn’t announce the party leaders names, neither who will be the next BJP State President it was declared. Right now, Chief Minister Biplab Deb is the State President, but it’s not becoming possible for him to give much time to the party due to his responsibilities as the Chief Minister.

However, after the visit Ajay Jamwal's next visit is on April 22. BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also will be present on that day.
