AGARTALA, April 5 (TIWN): Northeast state Tripura will get science village under the newly formed BJP Govt.

Total 12.84 ekar of land will be needed for the science-village. 

In a meeting Cm Minister Biplab Deb, IT Minister Sudip Barman have also observed few models of Science Village.

"Total 68 crore 86 lakh 91 thousand will be the expenditure for the science village which will deliver knowledge about sciences with visual displays. Inside the science village there will be details about sea-world, universe, weather, planetarium etc", a high official said. 

Apart from that for the building construction for 27 crores 45 lakhs 40 thousand will be needed.

Minister Sudip Barman will take charge for the Science & Technology part, whereas CM will look after the environmental part.
