The problem will emerge more if the officials of Krishi Bhawan (Agriculture Dept)are not reshuffled.  Few Officials as Subrata Shib, who is from CPI-M agriculture Dept’s branch Secretary is posted in Krishi Bhawan since his Job career’s starting. Apart from that  Parikshit Roy , Sibu Prashad Majumder,  Dhrubajyoti Paul, Sumit Bhattacharya , Prabir Majumder , Abhijit Roy ,  Sandeep Som , Sukhlaal Baidya , Debasish Sarkar, Fani  Bhushan Jamatia , Buddhadev Acharjee , Tamal Saha ( Group D) , Rajib Debbarma, Tridip Bhattacharya( Asstt prof. Agriculture clz), Sourav Das( Asstt prof. Agriculture clz) Hoimanti Chakraborty ( wife of Krishnendu Chakraborty ,  SP Khowai), Jui roy ,Dipankar Dey , Debabrata Majumder, Priyabrata Baidya and few others have been the extra beneficiaries either in posting or other facilities under the CPI-M era. 

Thus a reshuffling in the agriculture dept is needed on urgent basis. Who can forget how Director of Agriculture Dept D P Sarkar’s official phone was used to threaten the   graduates of Agriculture Dept who demanded their rights for being employed in ‘fair means’.
