AGARTALA, April 4 (TIWN): After Tripura BJP Govt had announced to certify its Ministers after each 100 days, based on their performances, the work-cultures across departments have started developing in a rapid manner. Today Animal Resource Development Dept (ARDD) Minister Santana Chakma has kicked off the 100 days Action Plan meeting at the Secretariat with her secretaries and other high officials. An official of the Secretariat under her dept mentioned, “The meeting is a part of the preparation of Action Plan for 100 daysâ€. The meeting is being conducted at the secretariat's conference Hall no-2. Santana Chakma is the Minister for Social Welfare & Social Education and Animal Resource Development.
Recently, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb had announced about that 100 days action plan, following which govt will certify its 9 Ministers. The aim of the report card will to generate competition among the Ministers.
“I urge the Minister to perform at their best, as govt is preparing for 100 days performance report card, which will be shared with public”, said Biplab Deb. It’s not like that we are totally dependent upon the central fund, but the central govt is helping at its full as Tripura is suffering from negative balances. Right now we need centre's help to develop Tripura. We will set work-projects for each dept, which will present the 100 days work report. The Govt is working on that mission”, he said.
“Everyone has to work in time-bound manner and there should be also competition among the Ministers of the state too in their performances”, CM said.
