AGARTALA, April 4 (TIWN): Pathetic condition of the 'Bipani Bitan' (shopping complex) at Maharaj Ganja Bazar has been alleged by the local shop keepers at there.

The maintenance and cleanliness duties of the shopping complex is upon the AMC, but AMC’s negligence has turned the place into almost into a hell.

Since March 3rd, the day of Election result, not a single day workers were sent here by the AMC.

The shop-keepers said that already due to the pathetic condition of the bazaar and dirty surrounding many businessmen have become ill.

“If the area is not cleaned immediately, our condition will be worsen. In coming days we may quit this place, that much of garbage surroundings are here", alleged a businessman.
