AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): 21 Sector Assam Rifles have participated in a bike rally 'BEAT CANCER : RUN AND RIDE 2018' jointly organised with CACHAR CANCER HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTER (CCHRC), TATA TRUSTS, Silchar thumpers Enfield group with collaboration with REGIONAL CANCER CENTRE.

The event received tremendous support from the civil administration.

Chief Guest, Sudip Roy Barman , Honorabl Health Minister of Tripura  flagged off the event at 9.30 am from Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhawan.

He lauded the efforts of Assam Rifles for their participation and support to bring awareness about Cancer to the locals. A total of 210 bikers joined the rally.
