UDAIPUR / AGARTALA, March 19 (TIWN): Assam Rifles under the aegis of 21 Sector Assam Rifles has conducted a workshop cum lecture on women empowerment for the local populace of Udaipur on 19th March.

A total number of 260 people (afternoon record) including women and children attended the workshop.

The workshop was aimed at aware the local populace about the importance of women empowerment and its needs.

The workshop also included opening of Jan Dhan  accounts for SBI Gokulpur Branch in Udaipur.

The genuine approach by Assam Rifles for felicitating was appreciated by public.
