AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): On the second day of Janata Durbar, public in huge numbers gathered at Chief Minister’s residence at Circuit House today morning.
Since the early morning people were seen waiting in front of Chief Minister’s residence with their pleas.
Among them, from College professors who are yet to be regularized to deprived pensioners all were seen.
The Janata Durbar was introduced by Tripura CM Biplab Deb on yesterday and from now the CM will be meeting the masses for 3 days a week : Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
According to the rule of Janata's Durbar, Tripura CM will now talk directly to the common people on every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. On Friday from morning 10 AM to 12 noon, the Chief Minister will talk to the public at the conference hall of Secretariat, whereas on Wednesday and Saturday mornings the meetings will be scheduled from 8 AM to 9 AM.
