AGARTALA, March 7 (TIWN): With another setback for BJP's over excited activists, Himanta Biswa Sarma has hit them for their unruly activities at the South Tripura.
Sarma has also asked the BJP supporters to be in controlled manners in the post-poll-result session.
In a tweet Sarma said, "Recent case of vandalism and desecration of statue in Tripura is unfortunate. I request BJP-Tripura workers to follow advise by President Sri Amit Shah ji and ensure 100% compliance in letter & spirit".
Noteworthy, the statue of Lenin was bulldozed on March 5 by mob after BJP won the election. The mob wearing BJP's attires was screaming "Bharat Mata Ki Jay" while pulling down the statue of Lenin.
However, question remains, whether the BJP after forming its Govt in Tripura, will take any action against the mobs or not.
