AGARTALA, March 6 (TIWN): BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav was desperately happy with the bulldozing of Lenin’s statue by BJP at Belonia after 48 hours of the party is in power.

In a tweet, Ram Madhav said, “People taking down Lenin’s statue. Not in Russia, it’s in Tripura….Cholo Paltai”.

A video also became viral where it shows the statue, located in the College Square of the town, being teared down by people wearing ‘Chalo Paltai’ T-shirts and chanting “Bharat mata ki jai.”

But whereas Ram Madav is motivating the BJP for the act, at the same time many RSS, BJP supporters opposed the move of BJP.
