AMPINAGAR, Feb 26 (TIWN): A very peaceful voting amid tight security and constant webcasting held at Ampinagar for the ST seat.

From CPI-M Daniel Jamatia, from IPFT (in alliance with BJP) Sidhu Ch. Jamatia, from Congress Daniel Kaipeng are battling the election. 

The voting started at sharp 7 AM, whereas voters had queued up since 6 AM.

Total 664 voters are casting votes at Ampinagar located Mandaibari Secondary School.

The number of female voters are 324 and male voters are 340.
