Power disruption in Sabroom re-poll : Voting started with solar lights, webcasting halted

SABROOM, Feb 26 (TIWN): The beginning of 40-Sabroom re-poll was not at ease as due to power disruption solar lights had to use on the tables.
Due to the power disruption webcasting was halted in the polling station, a source said. Since 8. 10 AM power disruption was stopped, an official informed.
The power disruption in rural area was caused by rainy weather began across state.
However, there was no disruption in the voting procedure as since early morning voters were seen in queues to cast their votes for the second time.
Along with Sabroom, polls are also holding today at 22-Sonamura, 23-Dhanpur, 28-Teliamura, 40-Sabroom, 41-Ampinagar, 54-Kadamtala-Kurti polling stations.
