Thunderstorms, rains, power cuts hit Tripura

AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): Northeast state Tripura has been experiencing an unexpected rainy, stormy weather since yesterday night leading power cuts across state’s various places.
Since midnight heavy rains began with thunderstorms and lightning caused losses to household in rural areas and also damages were reported in vegetable fields.
There are more chances of rains in next 24 hours and the sky is still cloudy.
Weather dept said that the whole Monday to experience rainy temperament, whether tomorrow the sky to be cleared but again on Wednesday the cloudy atmosphere may back.
Today’s rainy weather was summoned by an eastern wind.
