AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy has claimed that it's due to Left regimes that Bengali Hindus who are Indian citizens have become corrupt-minded.
"Bengali Hindus’ sense of values has been warped and corrupted by relentless Leftist propaganda. Only now it is beginning to change. One hopes it is not already too late", said Governor in tweeter.
Roy said this while was replying a tweet "Bengalis Hindus did not learn any lesson despite Partition...".
"The Hindu-baiting in Bangladesh does not seem to have anything to do with Awami League’s top leadership. Hindus still have a lot of land and property in BD and this is simply land-grabbing at local levels-and in this there’s no difference between Awami,BNP or Jamaat", Governor further discussed.
" However there is a feeling that Hindus are expendable, because there is little reaction in Bangladesh and NONE in India if Hindus are killed or brutalised. That is why I say that Bangla Hindus are one of the most unfortunate peoples on earth", Tathagata Roy added.
