AGARTALA, August 28 (TIWN): Mountaineering trained young journalist of Tripura Subhrajyoti Majumder will start for Kashmir to build up permanent friendship and integration between India and Pakistan and with an appeal to establish world peace on August 30.

He will ride peaks of 10 mountains of the world including Mount stock Kangeri, Mount Everest, Mount Kanchanjungha and Mount Nun. He is interested to set up friendship flag at the mountain peaks.

In order to welcome and convey greetings and to felicitate such a praiseworthy initiative of a youth, M. Montessori Teachers’ Training College organized a felicitation programme at Agartala Press Club here today on August 28. Besides, the institute will felicitate eminent journalist and writer Baren Ghosh who got invitation from Norway to join an international conference.

Vice Chairman of Tripura Planning Commission Anil Sarkar will attend the programme as chief guest. Eminent writer Agni Kumar Acharjee, Sanit Debioy, journalist Baren Ghosh, Principal of MMTTC Pradip  Acharjee and Vice Principal Asish Kumar Baidya will remain present on the occasion.
