AGARTALA, Feb 2 (TIWN): Northeast Tripura will get soon a Central Medical College, along with a massive increase of numbers of hospitals and doctors' demands. The location has not yet been set, but within a year the work to be started.

"Tripura soon will get one Central Govt's medical College either in North Tripura or in South Tripura. In Education and Higher Education system also massive developments to come in Tripura", Tripura BJP State Observer Sunil Deodhar said. 

"It's true that Tripura has already medical colleges, but after getting Central Govt's medical college will be definitely benefit the state", added Deodhar.

Tripura already has one Govt medical college (AGMC) and a private college TMC.
