AGARTALA, Jan 31 (TIWN): Indigo Airlines pathetic customer service once again exposed with harassment of 13 Tripura passengers on Jan 30 at Kolkata.
TIWN received an email from victim relatives Arghyadeep Majumder/Aritri Banik on Indigo's harasment of 12 passengers:
"My father Mr. AJAY KRISHNA BANIK had a confirmed flight (Indigo 6E 6114) today on 11.35am from Kolkata to Agartala. PNR-QG73QQ.
His boarding time was Jan 30,2018 at 10.50am, GATE- 23D.
They were waiting at gate no. 23D. But Indigo changed the gate no with no formal announcement. After waiting till 11.15am, my father along with other 12 passangers were concerned about their boarding at the flight near gate no. 23D. So they enquired some Indigo Staff about the boarding, but they didnt help them. So all the 13passangers including my father went to HELP DESK.
***THEN THEY WERE INFORMED THAT THE FLIGHT HAS ALREADY LEFT FOR AGARTALA.
Also the authority has informed that the Gate no. has changed and it was shown on the Display Board.
So all the 13 passangers questioned why there was not any formal announchment and in response the authority MISBEHAVED and HARASSED the passangers.
The authority told all the passangers to board the next flight with additional cost of 7000rs per passanger. At that moment all the passangers agreed to take legal action against #indigo
So the authority sold 2 tickets for 2700rs each passenger and rest for 7000rs. Among all the passangers, few of them were not able to pay that money.
This is the hospitality from India's no.1 airline company #indigo .
***I am attaching both the boarding cards(though they were not allowing to take the previous boarding card).
I hope this post reaches to the top #indigo management and people must aware of Indigo's hospitality!!!!!!!
