Talking to Police official it has been known that keeping the Assembly election in front at Kakrabon's Kishoreganj area police and troops had been checking vehicles since the morning. 

One vehicle numbered TR01A-0361, a red Magic car while checking, police recovered Rs. 20 lakhs from a youth named Tapan Das.

Tapan Das was holding a bag and when TSR asked him to open the bag, Tapan tried to escape, but police nabbed him.

Later Tapan Das was taken to Karabon Police Station. Being asked by police Tapan said that he was going to buy a land at Sonamura, but after interrogating it was known that the boy belongs to a poor family, but from where he got such hefty amounts of cash then, it triggered question. 

Police have also called income tax dept. for further investigation.
