Mumbai, July 28 (TIWN) A Mumbai court Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, S.B. Bhajipale, on Wednesday refused to grant bail to businessman Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe in the case pertaining to alleged production and distribution of porn content.

Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, was arrested July 19 by the city police's crime branch after being booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
