New Delhi, July 12 (TIWN) A Special MP-MLA court on Friday summoned BJP MLAs Vijender Gupta, Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Kapil Misra as accused in a defamation complaint filed by Delhi Environment Minister Imran Hussain.
