Howrah, May 10: A youth BJP leader was arrested in West Bengal's Howrah in connection with an offensive social media post regarding Trinamool Congress supremo and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The BJP leader, Priyanka Sharma, posted a MET Gala 2019 theme meme morphing Mamata's face on Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra's body.
Sharma was booked and presented in Howrah Court. Bengal: BJP Worker Held for Posting a Morphed Image of Mamata Banerjee and Naveen Patnaik.
