New Delhi, July 15 (TIWN) Amid the Heathrow Airport's decision to limit the number of passengers to one lakh a day, Virgin Atlantic cancelled its Delhi-London flight on Thursday.
Of the four airlines, Air India operates the most flights in the sector – 33 weekly flights to LHR and one weekly to Birmingham from Amritsar. The airline says that it is mindful of the issues of ticket sales to London but that it’s a bit early to comment on the overall impact of Heathrow’s capacity cut.
