KOLKATA/ AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): Narendra Modi’s master stroke of demonetization not only caused Pakistan backed Kasmiri Terrorists running out of cash but their cousin brother CPI-M crying foul as cash starved party heading towards Assembly Election in Tripura. Due to sudden note ban on Nov 8,2016 night, it was none other than the CPI-M which faced the major jolt, which were reflected through their unnecessary protest movements. Question raises, after multi-crore central fund thefts over decades, what caused comrades so 'cashless' ahead of Assembly Election that West Bengal CPI-M leaders now on road to beg for Tripura. From confirmed sources, its found that Melarmath is having serious cash crunch and plagued with various problems with the state-centre fund debacles.

Modi led Centre curtailed hundreds of crores central fundings which were mostly pocketed by Manik Sarkar Govt to enrich CPI-M’s cash reserve. Tripura CPI-M has no other allegation against Centre except fund-slashing. Under Manik Sarkar's Chief Ministry Rs. 1 lakh crore was sanctioned from the Central Govt in last 20 years, but state left without development, whereas opposition raised question many times against the increasing CPI-M buildings and properties in state.

But after all these, CPI-M Chairman BimanBasu came on road to collect funds for Tripura Election with a red coloured bucket. In this old age, amidst cold weather, what led BimanBasu to come on road ? CPI-M nodoubt is facing existential crisis and ofcourse more than BJP, the Tripura election means for CPI-M as only Manik Sarkar has kept CPI-M’s last lamp alive here. The fund collection was done across Kolkata City from Sealdah, Gariahat like places.

The slogan was ‘CPI-M’s fund collection to help Tripura and to secure the peace, unity among Tripura people’. In CPI-M’s statement it was written that from a class-7 boy also CPI-M had collected money yesterday night.

But the main important question which is coming out : Is CPI-M facing that much of fund crisis that Kolkata based Politburos are also coming on road ? If Jute Mill and some more companies could be grow in Tripura, then Melarmath after 25 years at least would not have faced that much of fund crisis, but today Tripura under the CPI-M Govt and its Party Offic is on the verge of extinction without revenue, even after looting of Govt employees salaries per month.

Earlier, it was learnt from BJP Observer Sunil Deodhar that per booth CPI-M spends Rs. 2 crores to come in power but this year even though funds are huge but CPI-M wants more to fight back BJP and that’s the reason CPI-M keeps on questioning on BJP’s fund.
