AGARTALA, Nov 18 (TIWN): The NDA Govt led by PM Modi's organized work culture across various departments ushered a new hope about regularization as MHRD told all States to regularize all SSA teachers before recruiting new SSAs. Not only this, the central govt also told States to add all salaries of the SSA teachers under States' employees salary budget. The matter was first disclosed by Tripura SSA Welfare Association Secretary Bastab Debbarma , which is also a tight slap to the CPI-M's psychopath TCTEA who betraying the SSA teachers had withdrawn work-strike saying that they don't need regulations but some amounts of salary hikes are enough for them, knowing fully about state Govt's mass lootery of SSA teachers' salaries per month.
On the other side SSA Welfare members held hunger strike for 7 day long and at least hundreds of protests they organized in demand of all SSA teachers regulations including Tapan Chakraborty's spy TCTEA teachers of SSA.
In a letter to all the state govts on Nov 15, MHRD Joint Secretary Manish Garg told states, "The Dept has emphasizing to the states during the PAB meeting that the states should fill up the state vacancies first before filling up posts under SSAs. Teachers salaries, equivalent to vacant state cadre posts which was deducted in the past for Odisha Chattishgarh in 2014-2015. Accordingly it has been decided that the salaries of the teachers sanctioned under SSAs to the tune of teacher vacancies in the state sector will be shifted to state and will not be funded under SSAs".
SSA Welfare Association Secretary Bastab Debbarma said, "According to MHRD, state govt shall absorb /appointed ssa teachers through education department not by SSA Rajya Mission.salary and others financial benefits same as state govt employees".
However, the most interesting matter is now, what the state govt of Tripura will do in this regard, as till day this letter was not broadcasted by the state govt.
