AGARTALA, June 23 (TIWN): Considering as a peaceful state, Northeast Tripura's hidden history yet to unveil the riot episodes of the state at national level even after 3 decades of those massacres. In compare to Tripura's riot, Gurjrat's riot is almost nothing that killed above 3000 people in 1980 when Tripura's population was only 20 lakhs. The riot was allegedly instigated under Communist rule and responsible for killing of tribal and Bengalis going beyong the peaceful land's remark. The wounds are so deep that till day with any cause such violence trigger out. The issue has been raised after an incessant rule of CPI-M in the state where crime, joblessness have reached on peak, but amidst all the failures Tripura's ruling CPI-M is again claiming to be fit for the power, crediting the party for sustaining 'Peacefulness' across Tripura.

Apart from that from Mandai massacre to Kanchanpur there are continuous riots in state but CPI-M's attempt to hide them from national-level has successfully kept public's perspective about Tripura as a "Peaceful State", whereas in rapes, murder Tripura has recently topped in whole Northeast.

Exposing CPI-M's riot motivating attitudes as poll agenda, during a Marathi book publication on Wednesday at Mumbai by author  Dinesh Kanji that already raised questions on the ‘cleanest’ image of CM Manik Sarkar across National media, Tripura State Observer Sunil Deodhar said, " Killing 3000 people by creating riots CPI-M came in power, which is more than Gujrat riot but nobody knows about this and there lies Communist politics. In 80's time Tripura's population was only 20 lakhs signifying it's a bigger riot than Gujrat".

Deodhar further claimed, "All MLAs wanted Bimal Sinha to be the CM but due Nripen Chakraborty’s affection, Manik Sarkar became CM and within a month Sinha was murdered and till day his death has remained under mystery. This is Tripura where people are killed and no charge-sheet is created.  More than 1000 political murder remained in Tripura un-convicted".

For the present scenario's information about Tripura's condition IPFT, a separatist political party that was spitted in 2 parts , one group is going to block Railway, National Highway from July 10 but Manik Sarkar who is also the Home Minister of the state is uttered silent to the issue. Neither he called the Central Home Minister yet for discussion nor he has taken any initiative to talk to the party as allegedly this blockade is a  "Pre-Poll-Violence" planning by the ruling party which has been its formula since 80's era.

Apart from that recently Sarkar also said that 'opposition group is meeting NLFTs to create violence'. Immediately opposition BJP said as it is a very sensitive issue why the Home Minister is not taking any initiative to arrest those leaders whereas he knows everything. The party also demanded the names of the terror backed persons to be disclosed, but nothing happened. Thus BJP has also considered CM's words as signals for violence and to dump on others.
