State BJP failing to keep its promise of PIL demanding CBI probe in 10323 Terminated Teachers'case ; Secret pact to protect Biplab's 'Adorniyo Manikda’ !!!

AGARTALA, June 21 (TIWN): Soon after the state govt lost the 10323 terminated teachers' case in the Supreme Court of India on 29th March 2017 state BJP President Biplab Deb in a press statement promised that BJP will file a PIL in the High Court seeking CBI probe in the said case in order the punish the guilty persons who were involved in the gross irregularities involved in this case. But even after almost three months of this declaration no such attempt was made by either Biplab Deb or anyother person from State BJP unit .After such declaration so many people including the thousands of educated youths, who were deprived of getting jobs simply due to political reasons inspite of having requisite qualifications , began to believe that at last the opposition will come to give justice with them thereby punishing the guilty officials.

But  now these youths begin to believe that that was one of those 'lofty' promises usually made by the political personalities to befool the people. Many opine that this may be due to a secret pact of CPI-M and state BJP in order to protect this Leftgovt from more troubles , especially CM Manik Sarkar, whom Biplab Deb endearingly addresses as 'Adorniyo Manikda'.

Now have a close look of what Biplab Deb said in the evening of 29th March in an exclusive chat with TIWN . He said ," It is due to the irregularities and corruption Manik Sarkar led CPI-M govt the fate of the 10323 teachers are now at stake although these teachers are not at all guilty. " Biplab Deb also said ," Our (BJP) national leaders have already been informed and accordingly our leaders will take further steps. "

Speaking exclusively to TIWN Biplab Deb further said  ," If the Chief Minister of Haryana Om Prakash Chautala and his son are now behind the bars why not Chief Manik Sarkar and Education Minister  Tapan Chakraborty !" He said that the Chief Minister of Haryana state was found guilty along with his son due to gross irregularities, the same holds true for Manik Sarkar and Tapan Chakraborty.

Biplab Deb categorically said ," We have sympathy towards those teachers whose jobs have been terminated by the Division Bench of the  Supreme Court. But we can't do anything in this case as all are abide by the laws of the nation and the Apex Court simply upholds the judgement of Tripura High Court ."

It is really surprising that there are so many issues on which common people of the state  expect BJP to address. But state BJP is lagging far behind to raise any of the public related issues except the employees' demand for 7th CPC. But it is no surprise that 10323 teachers' termination case so far is the biggest blow to Manik Sarkar led LF Govt. However, apart from Trinamool Congress, though at the initial stage, no opposition party is seen to make it a big issue especially when the state is heading towards assembly election to beheld in February next year.

It is to be mentioned that Supreme Court on 29th March dismissed the SLP submitted by state govt upholding the verdict given by the High Court on7th  May2014 terminating the 10323 teachers' jobs. As a result of losing the case state govt very recently has created some mysterious posts in the Education department purely with a view to rehabilitate the teachers'whose appointments have been made illegal by an order of High Court followed by the dismissal of SLP by the Apex Court .

But here in Tripura when the common mass have started to their keep faith in BJP due to the long misrule of Manik Sarkar led CPI-M govt the seemingly principal opposition BJP is failing to capitalize on such a crucial issue due to their lack of political depth . And as a result even before winning a single Assembly seat in Tripura BJP is playing a dirty game with the people of the state . That's even after promising to file PIL in the High Court demanding CBI probe state BJP president is yet to knock the doors of the legal avenue .

Political analysts now starting to believe that there may be a secret pact between State BJP President Biplab Deb and his 'AdorniyoManikda' not to take down the govt in even more humiliating situation ahead of Assembly poll.

And in this 10323 case, where CM Manik Sarkar's close aide the former Chief Secretary S K Panda and the former Principal Secretary Banamali Sinha were the main culprits of this massive irregularityin the history of the state, if any legal procedure is taken the face Manik Sarkar, the so called honest(?) CM of Tripura will again suffer a tremendous blow .

And as long as Biplab Deb remains a loyal to his AdorniyoManikda , CM may not have any problem in maintaining his image like he has been manipulating oppostion with lure of money, benefits since 2 decades.
