AGARTALA / KAILASHAHAR, May 25 (TIWN): Whereas Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had prohibited the sale of real estate by Rose Valley in January 2011 and but in Tripura under the Left Front Govt Chit Fund investigation have remained just as a gimmick. Eventhough all Chit Fund companies were shuttered down across the country, but neither the Tripura Govt showed any urgency to seal the properties nor it revealed interest for CBI investigation in it. Moreover, when all the Rose Valley companies were getting sealed in 2012, it was on January 30, 2012 that Tripura Rose Valley MD Ashok Saha had inaugurated the building there at Kailashahar. On Thursday Kailashahar Rose Valley building was
finally sealed by Govt of Tripura with the recovery of various documents from the building, but inside the computers no hard disks were seen although. Kailashahar administration led by DCM Debi Halam had sealed the office on Thursday and also two notices were hanged on the wall with a court order, whereas two broken windows were also locked after recovery.

Eventhough the building was inaugurated in 2012 but the office was running in rent at Kailshahar by MD Ashok Saha. 

According to the source on Wednesday the finance dept issued a notice to seal  kailashahar Rose Valley Office.

However, although office has been sealed, but it's too late now. Moreover, whether the depositors will get back their money it's not yet clear.

SIT investigation against Chit Fund companies are moving rudderless in Tripura as after 8 years of the scam held, the seized properties left with no proper data and records.

But the question that raising up is 'Why the Govt seized the property after 8 years' ?

 Apart from Rose Valley there are many chit fund companies as Cosmic, Waris Group and many more which have been sold already to public, but the Govt never seized them.

In 2017, month of January, when Tripura Government sealed the major portion of Rose Valley company assets across Tripura. The Rose Valley building which is standing beside Rabindra Bhawan, Malabati Tea garden 207 Ekar, Bordowali Flat, Rose Valley Park all were seized all of a sudden.

But what is surprising is that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had prohibited the sale of real estate by Rose Valley in January 2011 and the Tripura Govt un-following all those prohibitions year after years was doing the renewal of Rose Valley building.

 Either the Municipality of Agartala or Dharmanagar, every places were sheltering the Rose Valley even after 2011’s Rose Valley Tsumani came in allover India.

Moreover, the state govt till day didn’t show any interest to conduct CBI inquiry against Rose Valley, whereas only a letter from the Chief Minister Office was enough to call for direct CBI inquiry against Rose Valley.
