AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): Supreme Court on March-29, 2017 while giving the verdict of 10,323 teachers case, clearly mentioned that the teachers can continue their jobs only till 2017, 31st Dec. But the recruitment process must be started within May 31st (2017) and to be completed within Dec 31st (2017) but with the roar of happiness with Wednesday's announced 13000 posts in reality have nothing to do with SC's order as SC asked for Teachers' recruitment not hostel warden or librarian, neither school-assistant. Tripura Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty on Wednesday while stressing about the 13000 posts, said 12,000 posts in Education Dept to be filled up. TMC leader Sudip Barman asked on Thursday, 'Suddenly from where Tripura Govt got so much fund ? Is it not a deprivation to other unemployed and most important thing is what about fresh recruitment process?'.

 BJP leader Subal Bhowmik told TIWN 7000 posts can be easily filled up, if not like Haryana CM Om Prakash Choutala, Manik Sarkar should be sent to jail. Here the most important issue which came out from TMC's press meet is that Tripura Govt is need to release fresh advertisement within 2017, 31st May. What about that?

Moreover, there are already more than 200 TET qualifiers yet to get jobs as state govt even after they qualified didn't make them pass. On that time Education Quality doesn't matter at all or vacancies are non-issues but for 10,323 teachers Govt has reverse the policy recruitment just as a poll-ball.

Tapan Chakraborty yesterday also said that there will be no walk in interview also no written test, they will be simply picked up.

On the other hand, proving once again Tripura left front govt is not friend of all the unemployed youths, a major scam in TET Examination came out when the govt deprived 292 TET qualified candidates of 2016-17. When schools are running teacherless, Tripura Govt against 821 vacant posts advertized in daily, selected only 529 candidates on April-9, whereas 1200 candidates already qualified TET. Thus 292 posts are left vacant amidst plenty of qualified teachers who have B.Ed as well as passed TET in last year.

On March-29, 2017 SC divisional bench chaired by Justice Adharsha Kumar Goel and Uday Umesh Lalit heard a petition filed by advocate Salman Khurshid. Supreme Court ordered for further TET Examination within 31st December, 2017 for all the teachers who lost their jobs.

Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's corrupt regime  again indulged to mass corruption & false promises by announcing 13000 imaginary posts which have no fundings, neither any hope of recruitment before 2018 assembly election.
